As a Senior Product Manager for the Judith Williams Cosmetics brand, you’ll be responsible for developing and advancing successful cosmetic products from concept to market launch. Our cross-functional structure offers you a high degree of autonomy, room to leverage your individual strengths, and the opportunity to actively shape the future as part of an agile team. You’ll be part of a friendly team that shares knowledge, supports one another, and grows together. Empowerment and flexibility are a way of life for us—which is why this position is also available on a part-time basis.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Development: You will be responsible for individual product lines throughout the entire development process—from brainstorming and formulation development to the selection and design of packaging materials.
- Trend and Market Analysis: You will analyze trends and market developments, identify opportunities based on these analyses, and incorporate them strategically into product concepts and the ongoing development of our portfolio.
- Cost Estimates and Profitability: You will prepare cost estimates and contribute to the financial management and success of our product lines.
- Interface: You will work closely with internal departments, our licensor Judith Williams, and external partners and suppliers, and manage product projects through to successful market launch.

Your Skills
- Completed vocational training or a college degree with a focus on marketing, product management, business administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in product management, project management, or a similar coordinating role
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus
- Strong communication skills, as well as excellent German and good English skills
- A passion for the beauty industry, creativity, and an eye for trends and customer needs
- Openness to agile work methods combined with a hands-on mindset
- Strong self-organization skills, with a keen sense of priorities, resources, and potential bottlenecks
