Can I do an internship with you?

Internship positions are usually posted at the beginning of the year.

Do you offer trainee programs?

Yes, we offer various trainee programs, for example in product management or IT. These positions are advertised specifically. If you’re interested but there isn’t a suitable job posting online, feel free to apply for a junior position and indicate your interest in a trainee program. Or you can send us a speculative application.

Does the CURA Cosmetics Group train apprentices?

We are currently training an apprentice in e-commerce. You can also find open apprenticeship positions on our Careers page.

What language skills are required?

The official language at the CURA Cosmetics Group is German. Therefore, a good command of German is required for all positions. If an additional language is required, this will be specified in the respective job posting.

Application Process

Can I also apply in writing, by email or letter?

Please submit your application exclusively through our online application system. Applications submitted through other channels create additional work for us and delay our response.

Can I also submit a speculative application?

We're glad you're interested in working at CURA even though there are no current openings. You can easily submit a spontaneous application.

What documents do I need to provide?

To apply, we need a complete resume, your name and contact information, and answers to our questions. This speeds up the application process and reduces the need for follow-up inquiries. If you don’t have a resume on hand right now, you can still apply and upload it later. We’d also appreciate a cover letter and any certificates you may have, though these are not required.

How will I know if my application was received?

As soon as your application has been successfully received, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email. Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder.

How long does the application process take?

Since our Talent Acquisition team reviews all applications very thoroughly and carefully, in consultation with the relevant departments, we cannot specify exactly how long the application process will take. However, you will receive initial feedback or information regarding your application no later than two weeks after we receive it.

Can I apply for multiple job openings at the same time?

Of course! We're happy to help our applicants discover their interests in different areas. If you have a preference, please let us know.

How can I tell if a position has already been filled?

The job postings are updated regularly, so all positions listed on our careers page are still open.

I'm having technical difficulties with my application—who can help me?

How can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time under "Forgot Password."

I can't apply again. What should I do?

You cannot apply for the same position again. You can make changes to your application at any time in your applicant profile under Login.”

Getting to Know Each Other & Conversations

What can I expect during our first meeting?

We conduct many of our initial interviews virtually via Microsoft Teams. No installation is required for this platform. You can easily join from home using the link we’ll send you in advance via email. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. The focus of the interview is getting to know each other. We conduct these conversations as equals and ensure that all open questions are answered.

How can I prepare for the second interview?

During a second interview, we’d like to get to know you even better. Through a brief practical exercise, we’ll give you a glimpse into your future responsibilities, and together we can see how well we’re a good fit. You’ll receive further information from our HR team and the relevant department.

What happens to my application materials after I submit my application?

Please note that the application materials you submit will be stored and processed solely for the purpose of the selection process. Once the selection process is complete, the materials will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

How can I withdraw my application?

You can withdraw your application at any time from your candidate profile.

CURA CARES

Working Hours & Flexible Hours

At our company, full-time means 38.5 hours per week. We offer a variety of work schedule options, and all CURA employees can set their own work hours within our flexible work hours range of 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are some exceptions in the packaging and warehouse departments. In these departments, we do not have shift work, but rather fixed work hours.

How often can people work from home at CURA?

There are two remote work models available to all employees that allow them to work from a different location: our Homebase Buddies (80% remote work per week) and our Community Tigers (40% remote work per week). These models are outlined in the job posting. Of course, you’re also welcome to work in the office more often. Please note that there may be positions where working from home is not possible (e.g., in the Beauty World or in packaging).

How does the onboarding process work at CURA?

Onboarding doesn’t start on your first day at CURA. Even before you begin, you’ll receive all the important information about your first day, so you’ll be fully prepared. As part of the general orientation, every CURA employee gets a glimpse into each department.

Is there a dress code at CURA?

The right outfit for the interview should reflect your personality and be appropriate for the position you're applying for. For us, that usually means business casual: a combination of stylish and comfortable clothing, such as jeans with a shirt or blouse. It's important to us that our applicants and employees feel comfortable.
