We're glad you're interested in working at CURA even though there are no current openings. You can easily submit a spontaneous application.
To apply, we need a complete resume, your name and contact information, and answers to our questions. This speeds up the application process and reduces the need for follow-up inquiries. If you don’t have a resume on hand right now, you can still apply and upload it later. We’d also appreciate a cover letter and any certificates you may have, though these are not required.
As soon as your application has been successfully received, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email. Please make sure you have entered your email address correctly and check your spam folder.
Since our Talent Acquisition team reviews all applications very thoroughly and carefully, in consultation with the relevant departments, we cannot specify exactly how long the application process will take. However, you will receive initial feedback or information regarding your application no later than two weeks after we receive it.
Of course! We're happy to help our applicants discover their interests in different areas. If you have a preference, please let us know.

Getting to Know Each Other & Conversations
We conduct many of our initial interviews virtually via Microsoft Teams. No installation is required for this platform. You can easily join from home using the link we’ll send you in advance via email. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. The focus of the interview is getting to know each other. We conduct these conversations as equals and ensure that all open questions are answered.
During a second interview, we’d like to get to know you even better. Through a brief practical exercise, we’ll give you a glimpse into your future responsibilities, and together we can see how well we’re a good fit. You’ll receive further information from our HR team and the relevant department.
Please note that the application materials you submit will be stored and processed solely for the purpose of the selection process. Once the selection process is complete, the materials will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
You can withdraw your application at any time from your candidate profile.
CURA CARES
At our company, full-time means 38.5 hours per week. We offer a variety of work schedule options, and all CURA employees can set their own work hours within our flexible work hours range of 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There are some exceptions in the packaging and warehouse departments. In these departments, we do not have shift work, but rather fixed work hours.
There are two remote work models available to all employees that allow them to work from a different location: our Homebase Buddies (80% remote work per week) and our Community Tigers (40% remote work per week). These models are outlined in the job posting. Of course, you’re also welcome to work in the office more often. Please note that there may be positions where working from home is not possible (e.g., in the Beauty World or in packaging).
Onboarding doesn’t start on your first day at CURA. Even before you begin, you’ll receive all the important information about your first day, so you’ll be fully prepared. As part of the general orientation, every CURA employee gets a glimpse into each department.
The right outfit for the interview should reflect your personality and be appropriate for the position you're applying for. For us, that usually means business casual: a combination of stylish and comfortable clothing, such as jeans with a shirt or blouse. It's important to us that our applicants and employees feel comfortable.
We offer a wide variety of benefits for our employees. You can find an overview in our job postings under "What We Offer."
