This position is part of the Lifestyle Fragrance & Beauty division. As a (Junior) Product Manager for Perfumes (all genders), you will develop and market successful fragrances and oversee the entire product development process—from the initial idea to market launch. You can expect a great deal of creative freedom, a growth-oriented environment, and a friendly team that collaborates openly and supports one another.


Your Roles and Responsibilities

Your Roles and Responsibilities

  • Product Development: You will be responsible for the entire development process of new drugstore products—from fragrance composition and packaging selection and design to marketing through the respective sales channels.
  • Trend and Market Analysis: You will analyze trends and market developments, identify opportunities based on these analyses, and incorporate them strategically into new product concepts and the ongoing development of our portfolio.
  • Cost Estimates and Profitability: You will prepare cost estimates and contribute to financial management and the success of our products.
  • Interface: You’ll work closely with colleagues, internal departments, external partners, and our licensing partners, and coordinate all stakeholders throughout the product development process.

Your Skills

  • Vocational training or a college degree with a focus on product management, project management, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, as well as excellent German and good English skills
  • Some experience in product or project management—or the motivation to gain that experience with us
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus
  • A passion for the beauty industry combined with organizational skills and an eye for trends
  • A high degree of initiative, team spirit, and a passion for driving projects forward independently
  • Resilience, as well as the ability to set priorities and maintain a clear overview even during dynamic periods

Your Compensation

Your previous work experience will be recognized and taken into account as a supplement to the minimum gross monthly salary of 2,987.00 euros (full-time basis) at
