Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Team Culture: You will be responsible for the technical leadership of the fulfillment team (2–7 employees) and, depending on the workload, actively support your team in day-to-day operations. In doing so, you will foster a respectful, appreciative, and solution-oriented collaborative environment within the team.
- Fulfillment: You ensure that operations at the packing stations and in the supply of materials run smoothly and that the flow of goods is efficient.
- Staffing: You plan staffing, coordinate staffing needs with related departments, and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Employee Development: You will be responsible for the orientation, onboarding, and professional development of new employees as well as cross-departmental temporary staff.
- Process Management: You ensure a consistent level of knowledge across the team and continuously improve our workflows. In doing so, you analyze and optimize processes with regard to quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Warehouse Logistics and Inventory: You will coordinate the transfer of goods between warehouses, ensure accurate inventory levels, and be responsible for conducting routine and annual inventory counts.

Your Skills
- Leadership experience or experience coordinating a team
- Work experience in the fulfillment, logistics, or warehousing field
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to quality and solution-oriented thinking
- Proficient use of merchandise management systems and digital workflows
- Ability to handle stress, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
