What exactly is this about?
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Paid Media & Campaign Management: As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll dive right into our day-to-day paid media operations and independently manage our campaigns on Meta and Google. You’ll continuously monitor and optimize them while keeping an eye on budgets, performance KPIs, and opportunities for scaling.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: You analyze campaigns in GA4 and other platforms, identify correlations, and use the data to develop specific optimization strategies.
- Creative Performance: You combine data with creativity and work with the team to develop high-performing content ideas. To do this, you analyze trends, competitors, and successful ad creatives, translate your insights into clear creative briefs, and oversee implementation and feedback loops.
- Performance Channels: You'll provide support for affiliate marketing, display advertising, and retargeting—including through Tradedoubler and Criteo—and effectively integrate these channels with our paid social and Google campaigns.

Your Skills
- A degree in business administration, marketing, business management, or a related field is a plus
- Substantial professional experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid social, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4, as well as experience in data-driven campaign optimization
- A knack for numbers and strong analytical skills to evaluate performance KPIs and derive concrete optimization and scaling measures
- A creative flair for high-performing ads, content, and current trends, ideally in the beauty or e-commerce sectors
- An independent, structured, and proactive work style, as well as a willingness to take on operational responsibilities

Our performance marketing team is currently being built up and offers you the opportunity to help shape our work processes and structures from the very beginning. At the same time, you’ll be part of an experienced, well-coordinated e-commerce team where knowledge is shared and mutual support is the norm. Flexibility and empowerment are a reality for us. Therefore, this position can be filled on either a full-time or part-time basis.
