What exactly is this about?
Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Artificial Intelligence: You will help shape the further development of our AI strategy and support the implementation of the resulting initiatives. To this end, you will monitor technological developments, evaluate tools and areas of application, and oversee specific measures through to their implementation.
- Application Administration: You will administer the applications managed by the Digitalization department and ensure their efficient use. A key focus is Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.). You will configure applications and workflows, manage users and permissions, provide support to users, and generate reports.
- Digital Transformation Projects: You’ll work with business units to identify opportunities for optimization, analyze requirements, and help select and implement suitable solutions. In project management, you’ll coordinate work items, support the management of the project portfolio, and oversee projects from planning through rollout. Over time, you’ll take on your own subprojects and coordinate with external partners.
- Enablement: Across all areas, you ensure that new solutions are understood and implemented safely and effectively. To this end, you conduct training sessions and workshops in small groups, create learning materials, guides, and internal training videos, and manage internal communities.

Your Skills
- Degree in business or computer science, comparable training, or relevant practical experience
- Basic understanding of project management and task coordination
- Excellent technical understanding and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Analytical understanding of processes, requirements, and opportunities for optimization
- Confidence in Presentations, Training Sessions, and Workshops
- Independent, structured, service-oriented work style
- Previous experience with artificial intelligence, application administration, or digitization projects is a plus
