The CURA COSMETICS GROUP is one of the winners of the state competition "Most Family-Friendly Company." On Tuesday, February 3, CURA was honored by Family Affairs Minister Astrid Mair and Economic Affairs Minister Mario Gerber during a festive certificate presentation ceremony. This is a wonderful recognition of the Innsbruck-based cosmetics company's commitment to improving work-life balance.
"If you want to inspire and retain people in the long term, you have to offer more than just a job. You need to provide a living environment in which professional and family needs are in harmony. For us, this means listening, thinking ahead, and creating conditions that enable our employees to shape their professional and private lives in a self-determined and flexible manner. We are convinced that employees who feel seen and supported are the foundation of a successful and sustainable organization," says Stefanie Spiess, Senior HR Manager at CURA COSMETICS GROUP.
The company's measures and benefits include on-site childcare, flexitime without core hours, a canteen, a return-to-work program after parental leave, the option of taking a sabbatical, workations, and much more.
